The three-hour excursion to and from Pennsylvania’s longest-lived iron plantation will include an on-site program describing the dramatic experiences of some of the 30+ Curtin Village men who served in the Union Army, while also offering an hour-long opportunity for touring historic Eagle Iron Works and Curtin Village, with its 1830s ironmaster’s mansion, Eagle Furnace complex, and Workers Village.
